Job Overview:

Pequity is seeking a Contract Implementation team member to support our engineering and product teams with the implementation of our software solutions. This role is critical in ensuring that our implementation processes run smoothly and efficiently, and will be reporting directly to our co-founder for the duration of the contract. The ideal candidate is analytical, excels in using Excel/spreadsheets, and has a strong affinity for data, logic, and analytics. This contract role has the potential to convert to a full-time position based on performance and company needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the deployment and configuration of Pequity’s software solutions for new clients.

- Work cross functionally with the success, support, engineering and product teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

- Manage data migration, integration, and configuration tasks during the implementation phase.

- Conduct thorough testing and validation of data and system configurations to ensure accuracy and functionality.

- Provide detailed documentation and support to both internal teams and clients throughout the implementation process.

- Utilize advanced Excel skills to manipulate and analyze data, creating reports and insights that support decision-making.

- Respond promptly to inquiries and provide solutions to technical challenges that arise during the implementation.

- Work independently and manage multiple implementation projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful completion.

Qualifications:

Prefer experience in a similar implementation, data entry or analyst role, preferably in a tech or software environment.

- Exceptional analytical skills and proficiency in Excel/spreadsheets; experience with data manipulation and analysis.

- Strong understanding of databases and data integration tools.

- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote or semi-autonomous setting.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

- Experience in software testing and quality assurance is a plus.

Contract Details:

This is a temporary/contract position. The contract duration is 6 months with potential for extension or conversion to full-time employment based on performance.
